We are renovating our resort! Pardon our Dust. We are currently renovating our resort, and active areas of renovation including the pool and pool bar will not be accessible to guests. As a result, the resort fee is being waived. During this time, certain services and operating hours may be altered. Our team will update all arriving guests of those changes.

4 Fun Ways to Make a Family Staycation in Orlando Special (and 1 great way to save!)

Families travel from far and wide to enjoy the magic that can only be found on an Orlando vacation. But here at B Resort, we also see plenty of families who travel from nearby and just down the road – and they are just as excited about their summer getaway!

After all, it’s not how far you travel that makes the time you spend with your family special. So, if you have the opportunity to spend less of your valuable time traveling and more of it making memories with those you love on a fabulous Florida staycation in Orlando, we say, go for it!

INSIDER TIP: If you are fortunate enough to live in Florida (or close to it!), you may be eligible for special offers that could add up to big savings, like the Neighbor Resident Promotion here at B Resort. This limited-time deal offers all Florida, Georgia and Louisiana savings of up to 25%! You may also be interested in our Early Booker Promotion or our magical Walt Disney World® Vacation Package.

PLUS, this summer take advantage of the Florida Resident Disney Summer Magic 3 or 4-day ticket – Valid through September 29, 2023.

Keeping It Close

In addition to saving time and money, here are a few more excellent reasons to enjoy a staycation in Orlando this summer!

  1. You might run into Ariel! Beginning in late May, Ariel is trading her fins for human legs and stepping into a world beyond the sea as she appears in the all-new live-action story “The Little Mermaid,” releasing in theaters May 26, 2023. In celebration of the film’s release, Ariel will be venturing out to select Disney Parks where guests will get to meet her this summer.

When Ariel’s adventures on land take her to Walt Disney World Resort, guests will be able to meet her by visiting Walt Disney Presents at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Ariel invites guests to be “part of her world” and for a limited time, see a special sneak peek and props from the film available at Walt Disney Presents Theater. Come be immersed in the live-action “The Little Mermaid” story at Walt Disney World!

  1. The Edna Mode Experience is back at Disney’s Hollywood Studios as part of a reimagined Pixar Place, where you’ll also encounter Mr. and Mrs. Incredible, Frozone, and Sulley from “Monsters, Inc.”
  2. If you are one of the many whose favorite holiday is Halloween, you will be delighted to know that you won’t need to wait until the end of October to celebrate. Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party returns to Walt Disney World beginning on Aug. 11! The frightfully fun experience is offered on select nights through Nov. 1.
  3. The Walt Disney Company is celebrating 100 years of incredible storytelling – and we have it on excellent authority that the entire Walt Disney World® Cast will be joining in the celebration, so you can look forward to experiencing some truly magical, limited-time offerings throughout the resort (wait ‘til you see what Mickey and Minnie will be wearing for this very special occasion!).

And, after all that fun and excitement, you can look forward to a dreamy night’s rest at B Resort, an official Walt Disney World® Hotel conveniently located in the Disney Springs® Resort Area. We Master Poolside Suiteare proud to offer family-friendly accommodations, including:

  • Stunning Pool View Room furnished with either a King and Bunkbed or Two Queen beds
  • Master Poolside Suite is a spacious suite with two Queen beds featuring an open floorplan living room, dining room, separate master bedroom and has patio access from the living room and bedroom to an outside private furnished courtyard area.
